The pricing at Omnisend is amazing, their 24-hr live support is stellar, and the deep, deep integration with Shopify is amazing. So happy to have found Omnisend. I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. We did run into some issues in terms of the migration of Omnisend from Big Commerce to Shopfiy, but Kayque, the agent who initially addressed my issues, continued to follow up with e-mail until our issues were resolved and Omnisend was fully functioning on our new Shopify store. So, that is evidence enough for me to both strongly recommend Omnisend but to also continue working with the company for the foreseeable future.

I couldn’t be happier! The customer service is great—always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are also top; everything is intuitive and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this app to anyone.
