Really easy to pick up if you are familiar with other CRM's I haven't explored all the features yet but it has not taken me long to migrate and set up my flows

great app. they've really upgraded over the past few years. I feel its right on par with Klaviyo. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding which is why i think it stands above Klaviyo. great features, great service and the pricing tiers are much more affordable for everyone whether your just starting out or an ecommerce vet. The interface is also much more beginner friendly which is why i was drawn to it in the first place.
