He replies so fast, understands my questions clearly, and even goes the extra mile by creating Loom videos to guide me step by step. All in all, Omnisend is an excellent platform backed by a truly outstanding support team. They never make you feel lost or alone — they’re available 24/7, ready to help you figure things out and answer every question with care. Highly recommended!

Has a fair amount of email features for a relatively low price. Their support via email has been great too and very helpful on the occassion I need them.
