Great app and great team, not only it has many functionalities designed to make a return portal user friendly but also the level of integrations and custom codes that the team is able to provide is superior to none. We tried different return portals and this is simply the best. I can definitely recommend synctrack to anyone.

A very sophisticated user experience that easily models into our website. Up an running in minutes rather than hours or days and customisations were executed in very quick time, same day. I wish all apps were this good and supported so excellently. These guys are off to a flying start!

After setting up and on their settings page, they had a link at the bottom that said visit our site. After clicking got multiple trojan warnings from malwarebytes for the site that was trying to load. the page trying to load was not synctrack, maybe their page was hacked? or something else, I'm not taking the chance.

The app is really great and lots of features are being added. Hope they keep the free version and don't start cutting off features. The support team and their member "Joy" are doing a really good job. Always fast and responsive. Always working on the solution with immediate resolutions. A recommendation!

The team especially Kaylee and the developers she work along side with have provided outstanding support, far better than what I’ve experienced with many other apps. They’ve impressed me with their willingness to customise features to suit our needs, including hiding prices, adjusting text, and modifying buttons. I also appreciated that many features could be controlled and edited on our end without always needing to reach out to support unlike other apps where even the smallest changes require contacting the team. The only reason we’re no longer using Synctrack is due to changes in our internal return and exchange processes, it has nothing to do with the app itself. I highly recommend Synctrack to any business looking for a reliable and flexible returns portal.
