Ivana and Ariel helped us with some design issues we were having with text wrapping in the middle of a word. The team looked into the issue, resolved it and provided the CSS code of the update. I appreciate their communication and quick resolution.

The app works wonders in terms of conversion. I had some trouble setting up some parts of the quiz, but Ariel and Ivana were able to help and even set parts of the quiz up for me. They went above and beyond and I was very grateful for their support as I was on a tight deadline right before BFCM. Although I'm pretty tech savvy, I still don't understand one particular part of the setup, but I am confident if I need help in the future that the Octane AI team will be there. The rest of the setup was relatively easy, I started to see engagement immediately, and revenue increase. This app is totally worth it. If you are on the fence about installing because of the price, don't be. You will see your return on value. I can't wait to optimize our quiz and explore how to increase conversion even more. Great app but even greater customer service! Every question I've had has been answered, and quickly. Ivana and Ariel and Mark are so knowledgeable, and so patient! I am not a developer or coder or anything like that.
