We’ve been using Quiz Kit for a couple of years without issues, relying on it for our medical consultations. We’ve been on their enterprise plan, paying over £1000 per month due to their $0.04 per engagement pricing—essentially charging us for form submissions that don’t even guarantee conversions. Despite the excessive costs, we stuck with it because the app worked for our needs. However, when new regulations required minor customisations to our consultation forms, their support turned out to be completely useless. It took them over a month just to come back with a plan, only to hit us with an outrageous $1500 fee to implement a simple logic-based feature—one that should frankly be included by default. If you're running a small, low-traffic store, this app might be fine. But the moment you start scaling or need even basic customizations, their support becomes a joke, and the costs skyrocket. There are far better alternatives on the Shopify App Store that offer unlimited submissions and actually care about their enterprise customers. Disappointed by their greed and lack of customer care. We’re switching to a better solution this week.

I love how well integrated this app is with Shopify (and markets!). The support is also exceptional. They even found a little bug in our quiz and fixed it for us. So far so good!

We've tried several quiz apps in Shopify and Quiz Kit is by far the best. Not only is it really intuitive, but the features and functions are just what you'd want - very customizable and simple to use. We had our first quiz up in about 10 minutes. We use it to provide a customized product suite based on how users answer the quiz questions and the integration with our Shopify products is seamless. Great app!
