Although I encountered some significant issues, the support team was exceptionally responsive, solving the problems quickly and proactively. Their outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. I highly recommend this app—not just for its functionality, but also for the top-notch support behind it.

The app seems very promising and works well, but there’s a discrepancy between what’s advertised and what’s offered. The App Store page mentions 500 free engagements, but after installation, it’s actually only 50. Additionally, the "unlimited quizzes" claim is also not in the free plan. I recommend updating the App Store page to reflect the actual offering to avoid any frustration for future users.

This is such an amazing app. I had some trouble customizing my quiz at first, but when I reached out to the customer service team to help, they were very quick to respond and fixed all the issues I had very quickly. I haven't used VQB: Quiz long but I do enjoy the customer service experience greatly. They are very responsive and helpful when you just can't figure it out or have questions regarding functionality and capacity.
