Their outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. The app seems very promising and works well, but there’s a discrepancy between what’s advertised and what’s offered. The App Store page mentions 500 free engagements, but after installation, it’s actually only 50. Additionally, the "unlimited quizzes" claim is also not in the free plan. I recommend updating the App Store page to reflect the actual offering to avoid any frustration for future users.

This is such an amazing app. I had some trouble customizing my quiz at first, but when I reached out to the customer service team to help, they were very quick to respond and fixed all the issues I had very quickly. Great tool that is intuitive and integrates so easily with our Shopify Store. I think their new integrations are very exciting so we can have our 1st party data feeding directly into our marketing campaigns and personalizing the customer experience.
