Amazing 5 star support!!! (I'm not paid lol) The quiz is an easy quick solution to build dynamic quizzes on products for our store. It has conditional logic ability which you can journey customers to different types of question which I love. Also their chat support system is amazing. Supper patient with whatever questions you may have about integration, issues or concerns. Really love the app so far and will continue to use it for further surveys :)

Great app with tons of features — many of which I didn’t even realize I would need or want until I started using them. The customer service is truly exceptional! I have had a wonderful experience with Quiz Builder. There was some customization we needed for our customer type on our quiz and VQB's team was easy to work with. They were very responsive and thorough. They also talked through logic and supported me with a lot of training. Overall, I am really happy that we've gone with Visual Quiz Builder. Their tool was also more robust compared to many others I looked at!

Fantastic App & Exceptional Support Visual Quiz Builder is incredibly effective, especially when handling a large number of products. Although I encountered some significant issues, the support team was exceptionally responsive, solving the problems quickly and proactively. Their outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. I highly recommend this app—not just for its functionality, but also for the top-notch support behind it.

The app seems very promising and works well, but there’s a discrepancy between what’s advertised and what’s offered. The App Store page mentions 500 free engagements, but after installation, it’s actually only 50. Additionally, the "unlimited quizzes" claim is also not in the free plan. I recommend updating the App Store page to reflect the actual offering to avoid any frustration for future users.

Working with the VQB team is unlike any other app developer. They are always willing to hop on a call and support, especially when we have custom requests or designs that go outside of their standard templates. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
