The Help team seems to be getting better over time. Im had an issue today and Dimitry rapidly helped me resolve it. I will update my review over time. In general the app is good and the support is good.

Great app, with which it is even possible to translate the pages of our Pagebuilder app. Nune, Susanna, Milena and Arshak from support are also doing an outstanding job and are a great help to us.

Very junk plugin, not recommended. When you uninstall this plugin, it will hog your second-level domain name, showing that you did not pay. The links to the website we made before are not displayed properly. This is an act that damages the seller's interests.

I have requested some help with the chatbox and Grikor from GTranslate help me very efficiently by providing me a quick solution. As I am not a pro in marketing, Grikor shared some guides with images and links and this was really helpful to find the way the solve the issue.

Vahan's help was excellent, pro active and very kind! While I saw myself confronted with some issues to get the G Translate app up and running he kept following up with me and helped me on several occasions! Outstanding customer service!

I can't say enough about the outstanding customer support I received from Grikor! I had been struggling with this issue for months, trying to get the widget positioned correctly, but I never found the right support—until now. Grikor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in resolving all the problems I was facing. The widget is now perfectly placed on both desktop and mobile, and it no longer interferes with the submenus, which was a major concern. Really happy with the app and getting it setup. Dmitry helped us with some initial issues with our domain permissions and took us through the steps required to get it sorted, all through the online chat. Really pleased with the service.

Why not this app? Because if I uninstall it in the future, I will lose all the money I've already paid to GTranslate, as all the translations will disappear. On top of that, there will even be a notice to my customers implying that I owe them money! This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Your approach is unprofessional and outrageous. Enough is enough!

I asked to hide the language selector and my website, the answered the only way was to upgrade the plan. That was false since it was simply needed to add a custom line of CSS. Do not trust them, just trying to make you pay

I was not satisfied with the app. Despite trying countless times over the years to find solutions to make it work for us, it has always been a struggle. The support is cumbersome and only partially helpful. They don’t fully engage with solving the issue. The most they do is send follow-up emails, but ultimately, they don’t provide the help you need.

This is a valuable application that can translate without problems even for sites that separate languages by domain. The support is friendly and always helpful.
