o app ajuda muito, mas ainda tem muito a melhorar na questão de gravações de sessões... a maioria delas não filma direito, aparece muito bug de carregamento da gravação... acaba não mostrando de fato se é a sessão de usuário no site que está com problema ou o app que está com bugs. Isso não ocorre em outros apps que gravam sessões, então é algo recorrente com o Clarity

Install was easy but this app essentially does not work at all. Sometimes it has recordings or heatmaps but often it doesn't load anything. The AI summaries don't work at all. It usually shows recordings overlayed on really old screens (ie/ shows user activity over our website with a promotion from several weeks ago), obviously this has caused some unnecessary stress. Great idea but seems to be just an idea still at this point

They added to cart, but what have they done after that--I do not see this data or recording. I want to see how many people dropped from Add to cart & how many people dropped off before checkout. If you had like a journey & a clear map of how many people dropped off & where, that'd be gold for the marketers.
