I recently installed the app to implement a membership program. The support is by far one of the best I've experienced in all of the Shopify apps I've tried through the years. I cannot recommend this app enough! I use it to manage my subscriptions for digital download memberships and they customized the subscriptions to limit monthly downloads for me. The support team is always really responsive and everyone that I have had the pleasure of speaking with is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. 1000/10 experience!

4 emails sent to customer agent to get my migration going and each and everytime, a new thing is not right on my file. They don't even have the respect to tell me everything at once, they made me loose so much time on creating 4 different CSV files and yet it's not working.

I would not recommend this app to any one. We have tried numerous attempts to get help from someone but they only correspond by email, which is not in a timely manner. There is no onboarding service, so you download and try to figure it out. I searched for videos and it hasnt been helpful.

I've built many websites over the years, but this is the first one with Shopify, and the first one being subscription-based-content (memberships). After a bit of research, decided on Conjured Memberships.
This app is fairly easy to use, it's working really well and is very cost effective.
I must say though, my favourite part of this app is the tech support. I have been blown away with how responsive they are. You'd hardly know they're in the US and I'm in Australia as the response time is almost immediate. The support team know their app back-the-front and inside-out, have always been friendly and very helpful. Some days I'm emailing every hour and they haven't skipped a beat and are still as friendly and helpful as ever.
Very happy with Conjured Memberships and would definitely recommend.

Conjure is a great app. I was digging around Shopify for a membership app to use for our magazine. All the other apps took me out my shopify profile, Conjure work with it and keep all your sales in the one place.
Easy to set up and the team at Conjure are always on hand to iron out any problems or help with any questions. A great service with very on hand staff.
We are looking forward to going our membership with them.
