We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. To offer free counseling that leads to product sales on our own site, we decided to set up a booking system in 15-minute intervals. While looking for a good app, we found and installed meety-appointment-booking, but the customization was a bit difficult to figure out. However, with the help of their chat support, we were able to resolve everything and ended up with a very user-friendly booking system. Extremely devoted team, they are always available and are super patient to help us out find the right settings. App has a lot of features as well and interface is pretty intuitive. Highly recommend this app - you will not be alone when you'll need help :)

The app is not as intuitive as I would want and does not sync for example emails from Meety under the customer profile in Shopify - as it is a separate app, which is a bit annoying. However, it works, it is cheap and the support team is excellent.
