We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. To offer free counseling that leads to product sales on our own site, we decided to set up a booking system in 15-minute intervals. While looking for a good app, we found and installed meety-appointment-booking, but the customization was a bit difficult to figure out. However, with the help of their chat support, we were able to resolve everything and ended up with a very user-friendly booking system. It took a little time, but the support was very patient and helpful. I’m especially grateful to Peony, who assisted me throughout the process. Thank you so much!

The app is not as intuitive as I would want and does not sync for example emails from Meety under the customer profile in Shopify - as it is a separate app, which is a bit annoying. However, it works, it is cheap and the support team is excellent.
