the only reason i am not giving 5 is due to the lack of being able to import calendar events BUT ! the support team is great the features great ,the bookings is unlimited unlike other applications , very affordable plan and is very helpful!

Meety is feature-rich and well-developed, offering a comprehensive set of tools. Customer support is exceptional, with prompt and thorough follow-ups. I hope they add a report feature to view available booking slots to streamline group bookings. Great App!

I have lost thousands of dollars on Meety's total code failures that has repeatedly DELETED my event schedule settings, making it so clients cannot book. For TWO events now, it daily stops working and I've lost dozens of bookings and sales due to this. The team is responsive, but ultimately do not fix their code and, as a result, their system is UNUSABLE for events.

The Meety Appt Booking app has been easy to install and get started with. The team has been very responsive with suggestions on how to best use the tool for our business. We run a small community craft studio and need to be able to schedule both private lessons with workshop instructors and schedule larger workshops. We are still trying to decide on the right subscription level as we are a small organization, but it seems like there is enough functionality to help us grow, without being too cost prohibitive now as we are starting out.

Hana was highly helpful with navigating the meety. I was frustrated and didn’t understand how to work the app. The best think I love is that is that she stayed in communication with me until I was fully comfortable navigating the app.

Great app! Meety Appointment Booking made it incredibly easy to set up appointment scheduling on our site with an embedded calendar. The interface is clean and super simple to use, even for non-tech folks. What really stood out was their support team — fast, friendly, and very helpful. We no longer have a use for the app, as we made changes to our physical store and do not have rooms available for rent anymore. However, we should say that the app was perfect, and the service provided was fantastic. We highly recommend Meety for any and all scheduling needs!

This app is very user-friendly and convenient, covering basically all the functions I need. On top of that, the excellent support from customer service representative GRACE is truly the icing on the cake. GRACE’s service is absolutely amazing! She provides very detailed answers, responds quickly, and resolves all issues effortlessly, offering great peace of mind. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire communication process very enjoyable. Additionally, the app also offers a Chinese interface, making it an outstanding app!
