If you like HIGHER conversion rates and LOWER customer service email inquiries, then you will LOVE Maisie. I have installed several chatbots and none of them came close to the results we have gotten with Maisie. Maisie not only provides one of the most intuitive chatbots (from backend design to user experience) but also top notch customer service. The ability to design different flows for different pages (product pages, cart pages, etc.) has increased our conversion rate tremendously. Easy to set up to interact with your customers to answer all those common questions, promote products with a customer quiz or hand off to a human operator via email, messenger or live chat. Maisie AI is an excellent app for both customer support and sales conversion. As soon as I implemented in my store, I was able to convert visitors who were about to exit to paying customers. The integration with Facebook Messenger is slick and seamless, and the admin support from the app team is superb. I highly recommend!
