Wonderful app! Seamless integration with my Shopify store. Damien is always very helpful, responds quickly and fixes things exactly as needed.

Great app! Super easy to set up and offers way more customization options than many paid apps. The best part is that I was able to create a pop-up banner (integrated with Shopify customers) without having to subscribe right away! As a small business owner, that made a huge difference. It definitely makes me more likely to stick with Mailmunch in the future instead of the competitor that wanted to charge upfront for the same features.

The app is good for getting visitors to sign-up. BUT it keeps displaying every time a user visits my site even AFTER they have signed up. It does it to me and all of my users. It's annoying. Make it stop after signing up.

I was used to Mailchimp, and now getting used to this one. So far, I love the customer service they have been helpful and quick to respond. I am still getting used to using the layouts, so I am a little slow but I find this is easy to self-teach. Thank you!

Actually I find this App and the templates cumbersome. The Support is rather slow when you are having an issue. I signed up for 1 year, but have just realized that people from ecomm get uploaded to mail munch list BUT people who want to be added to my mail lists from my Shopify Point of Sale are NOT added. So if you think this happens it does not. A biz like this should have live chat and they only have a bot! I am losing business and waiting for help in frustration.

We've been using it since 2016 with no problems. today I had a minor issue and got a response in less than an hour. Exceptional support!

Really enjoying learning to use this app for an integral part of the sales process. It's great this app allows you to build email campaigns as well as anding pages, pop-ups and a heap more. The help and support you receive from the team is wonderful and really quick

I made an account 2 years ago during a free trial, never really used it, and for the past several weeks, you've been sending me non-stop emails about how my account is going to be deleted for inactivity. Just do it already. Nobody needs 20 emails about it.
