European brands, beware! Lots of promises until you sign, then no one is available for the onboarding. Support is almost non existent for EU brands, it's been more than a week for us, still waiting to finish setting up our account or answer our most basic questions.

Loop team is always super quick to respond when I have questions and Emma and the team were able to solve my query and get me sorted. Great customer service and support!!!

I emailed a question about a major issue we had for getting a specific type of label. Not sure if it was even something that could be done. To my surprise it was not just answered but the steps given and care to address my follow up questions and confirm I was on the right track. Loop support is alway fantastic, they go above and beyond and their response times are always very fast.

So far really great and easy to integrate - makes returns so easy for us and the customer, and really great customer support as well, the agents respond very quickly to any questions that I have
