This is the best loyalty and rewards app when you're just starting. These guys give you almost all the features for up to 50 orders per month - FOR FREE!!! This is crucial when you're on a budget and just starting. After crossing 50 orders a month, hell yeah we'll pay!!! On top of that, their live chat support was there within a minute and I got all the answers I needed super fast. Highly recommend 100%!!!

What we appreciated the most was the warm welcome from the support team. We had a very pleasant interaction with Nova, who not only answered our beginner questions but also provided numerous helpful tips - and that with an unmatched response time. For example, we didn’t know that expected points could be displayed next to the price, offering our customers complete transparency in point collection. We think that’s fantastic, and thanks to Nova, we were able to integrate this feature right away. Overall, we are very satisfied so far and look forward to seeing how the program evolves.

Great! The functions are very complete and everything is included. The free plan has all the basic functions and is completely suitable for novice store owners. The cost of the paid plan is basically positively correlated with the store's income, so it won't feel too heavy a burden.

We will now use this app for customer retention. It does everything we need it to do. Practice will show whether our customers accept it. A very, very big compliment to the support team, who helped me with some of the setup settings almost in real time, so to speak. This support is unique - thank you very much.

So far, the interface is easy to use and make quick edits. After playing with the free plan for a few hours, I'm considering a paid plan as I like how simple the app is, and what other features are included, like adding a free product to be redeemed using a points system. I'll have an updated review once I start a paid plan.
