In the process of moving over to LoLoyal from another loyalty program, loving it so far. Setup has been smooth and aesthetic, and the help from the customer service team (in particular Sherm) has been amazing.

いつも細かく丁寧に教えてくださいます。日本語に翻訳して使っていますが、ところどころ不自然な日本語なため意味がわからないところがあります。こちら少し調節して欲しいです。 お客様へのポイントのリマインドメールですが、現在は30日前と3日前です。 経験上お客様へリマインドメールを送るタイミングで一番効率がいいのは、7日前、3日前、当日の3回です。 こちらアップデートしてもらえると大変助かります。

Seems great, haven't really started using it yet but costumer services are great, helps immidiatly. Lokoks good so far. This one I can have in my language, norwegian, and I can translate the words myself so that it appears in norwegian for my norwegian costumers. No other apps as I have found have done this so it's a plus

6 month ago i was told X and Y in a chat we cant get growth plan for cheaper option. Ofcourse the chat log history in the widget is wiped, so cant even confirm it now. Ok great i though and didnt think more about it. Now suddenly get charged 500USD for a month, when we barely have anything active due to theme change. 20 USD extra per 100 orders. Oh yeah, we are on the starter plan by the way, so the change wasnt made as promised. They will promise to do the same thing as 6 month ago "x plan for y price" if we swithch to an expensive plan. Can not recommend this app, keep a look out on your monthly charges.

Excellent App with Great Support! We've been using Loloyal for our vape store, and it's been a great experience so far. The referral system is easy to set up and works smoothly. It helped us launch a smart “refer and save” campaign that both attracts new customers and rewards existing ones, win-win! Their support team is super responsive and always ready to help, even if it takes a bit of back and forth. The integration with Klaviyo is useful, and the ability to customize the loyalty and rewards setup makes it very flexible. There’s still some room for improvement (like syncing more referral data into Klaviyo), but overall, it’s a powerful tool that adds real value to our store. Highly recommended if you’re serious about customer retention and word-of-mouth growth!

God forbids you need actual assistance. Their live-chat agents are essentially useless and if you have any questions they hand you a link to book a call that's 5 days ahead. Their live-chat response rate is so slow its diabolical. We started realizing we need to migrate out from them to some other platform, perhaps YOTPO or something. This is insane.
