Great app that we are using for a live preview of a couple of personalised necklaces. We used their set up service for a small fee - much better value than having to get this done bespoke. On going support has been helpful and they are keen to solve any issues. Overall it works well online via desktop and mobile. It possibly does slow down the page but to be expected within reason of displaying a complex preview.

Excellent app... Cant beat the price and the features are great. Support is even better. This app got rid of 3 other apps we were using for half the price.

L'appli est vraiment souple et adaptable. On l'utilise depuis plus d'un an maintenant et elle nous a permis de mettre en place exactement les options dont on avait besoin, avec le niveau de personnalisation que l'on souhaitait. Terrible app in my opinion. Keeps deleting my pricelists as soon as i save the work. Customer service is very vague and robotic, not providing any specific solution. These developers are money hungry based on the plans and extension you have to buy jut to get certain features. Basically comes to about $50 monthly on top of overpriced shopify.

We tried some other apps like this and they were very difficult. This one just has so much more information, it's more intuitive, and they are there to help you. We asked for help in other apps and got AI or links to things related to what I was asking. These guys helped immediately. I had live chat help that was great and I also sent an email about another question that was answered very promptly. The pricing seems very reasonable, too.

Very highly customizable, especially with the addition of custom JavaScript code, makes the life of developers easy. The Support team is also kind, and great to talk with as they have the patience to deal with each and everyone of us users.

I probably tried more than 10 different apps that had great reviews, and there were a lot of reviews. However, all of them were completely unuser friendly, did not have such flexible settings, and most importantly, I did not meet such support as here. I had a problem with displaying photos and text, I wrote to support, and you won’t believe it, they responded in 10 minutes, and within an hour the first problem was solved. A day later, they solved the second problem, although it is worth noting that the problem was on my side, due to a conflict with another app. Super cool app, I will use it!
