The app is simple to navigate and use. The customer care team are very polite with quick responses and get any issues resolved immediately!

Terrible. Bad customer service, glitchy app, and there is no way to cancel your subscription in the app. I still dont get a response and i am going to be charged for the next monthly cycle.

I requested assistance with the installation to my store, but they insisted on not helping and acted incomprehensibly. Later, while I was emailing with Michael, who claimed to be the owner of the app, they removed the app from my store without asking me or getting permission. As if not helping was not enough, they also victimized me by removing the app from my store without permission. I recommend you to think twice before using it.

The support staff have been very helpful on all occasions I have needed assistance. Very quick to reply and straight to rectify the issue! The only negative I have had with the app is I have found discount codes have clashed with live product options. I haven't yet found a way around this.

Great app that we are using for a live preview of a couple of personalised necklaces. We used their set up service for a small fee - much better value than having to get this done bespoke. On going support has been helpful and they are keen to solve any issues. Overall it works well online via desktop and mobile. It possibly does slow down the page but to be expected within reason of displaying a complex preview.

In short, I love this app. It offers various customisation and personalisation options for various products and their variants. I sell personalised tote bags and I wanted to give my customers the option to see how their product would look prior to purchase, so the visualiser tool is exactly what I was after. Easy to integrate and works well with Shopify Dawn theme.

L'appli est vraiment souple et adaptable. On l'utilise depuis plus d'un an maintenant et elle nous a permis de mettre en place exactement les options dont on avait besoin, avec le niveau de personnalisation que l'on souhaitait. En plus de ça le support est hyper réactif quand on en a besoin (support en anglais)

The plugin and the support are very professional. I had a problem with clicking on the buttons, and within 10 minutes of opening the ticket, he solved my theme problem.

It is great for creating custom product options because it's highly customizable. Customer support is awesome and provides solutions to issues and bugs.

Terrible app in my opinion. Keeps deleting my pricelists as soon as i save the work. Customer service is very vague and robotic, not providing any specific solution. These developers are money hungry based on the plans and extension you have to buy jut to get certain features. Basically comes to about $50 monthly on top of overpriced shopify.
