Great tool, making the whole thing seamless. But even better was the attention and care from the support team, especially Harvey. Really took the time to understand my issue and getting the answers and other team members involved that were necessary to get it taken care of quickly and up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm trying to set up the app for my store and I was fiddling around with some parameters. Most of it is pretty intuitive but when I had questions I was helped quickly by Harvey with a direct solution for my problems. So far so good!

What really stands out is how intuitive the dashboard is. Even with zero technical background, I was able to set up advanced automation sequences that have dramatically reduced my manual workload. Their customer support team deserves special mention; when I had integration questions with my Shopify store, they provided personalized guidance rather than generic troubleshooting.

I've tried other apps to sync orders and inventory. Most of them has a lot of bugs, and others are way to expensive to small business like mine. But the best of all, the great support for any issue that you can encounter!

LitCommerce has been soooo helpful in onboarding me. Allowed me to move from Amazon to Shopify and then branch out my whole store to eBay and Tiktok within 2 days! The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support).
