This app has been the best solution I've found for digital distribution on Shopify. This is the best app for if you sell digital downloads via link - saves so much $$ and bandwidth and is aesthetic. Fave I have found for what I need! I haven't tried it for anything else but so far good and seems like an actual person is helping me too!!

I needed something better and friendlier to use than the app I had. I found this app and It was much easier to use. I sent an email to the help desk for tutorial information and the response was quick. I set up everything quickly and within minutes, I was able to do a test. I received the sample download in seconds, just like the app states.

I recently had a run in with my Gmail settings which was stopping my customers from receiving their digital purchase immediately. LDT were very helpful and quickly assisted me in correcting it from their side to avoid this happening further. I have been super impressed with their helpfulness and speed to assist me.

LDT has been so easy to install and integrate with our Shopify store. We were up and running with digital downloads almost immediately. LDTs customer service is always prompt to respond when we've had questions and very clear in their guidance. We highly recommend LDT.

I don't know what is going on with this app. It started off so well. My customers were receiving their digital products immediately. Now, a month later, customers are waiting hours for orders to be fulfilled and are coming back to me unhappy they've spent money without a product in their inbox. And the helpdesk takes days to get back to me. I will be cancelling. At this point, I get my products to my customers faster manually.

This app was perfect for my needs when I realized I needed to switch apps. I love that I can make a download and external link. This was needed for a product that has both a printable PDF and online version. It's easier to navigate and setup than other apps too.

I just started using it and I am very pleased with the ease of use. But perhaps THE BEST PART is the responsiveness of the support team. In this digital age so many companies have good products --- sometimes even great products but disappointing support teams. I am glad to say that LDT Digital Downloads is NOT a disappointment. And for the price point of an app specifically built for Shopify. This is such a great deal. I have clients whose Shopify back offices I build and I will definitely be pitching this app to them as well. Great job App developers and Support team. Keep up the great work!

This app is amazing! And the best support I have ever gotten from a Shopify app! We released a movie and used this app to allow users to log into a portal to view our movie. They needed to purchase it so this app worked good with verifying their order number AND purchase email. Once they did and logged in, they could start streaming! However, we ran into an issue as we didn't want to upload the movie, but instead wanted to use a streaming app like Vimeo but their app didn't have this feature... so we pinged their support and they got it added in within 15 minutes! AMAZINGGGGG! Highly recommend!

After yet another undelivered email from Shopify's free Digital Downloads, I came looking for something better. I'm very glad I found LDT! Wow. I installed it an hour ago and have been having fun customising it since. My outbound 'download your content' email looks AMAZING. Really really cool. I can use my own SMTP server! That's a great feature. This feels like a really well done app. I'm already subscribed and if everything works well over the next few days I'll upgrade to a yearly membership. Hello. So far very good experience with the app. I also contacted support, they were polite and helpful.

We recently moved our digital download products from two different apps to LDT Digital Downloads Products and we couldn't be more pleased.
