After setting up, when customer is clicking on BUY button, a white screen is appearing. When I make the support agent understand the problem he told me to raise the concern with another team and he cannot do anything not even transfer the query. Very unsatisfied, wasted by 2 days of operation for this app.

I've been using Kwik COD & Checkout, and it's an excellent app for setting additional charges on COD orders. It allows us to apply different conditional COD fees based on order value or specific collection names, making our checkout process more flexible and efficient. The support team is also very helpful. Highly recommended!

Integration experience is good and smooth. The testing was done properly. It works better than other paid apps. The Integration manger Deepak helped me get onboard seamlessly.

Checkout integration was seamless and Mr.Deepak was very helpful in the entire process and helped in resolving all the queries that came in the integration process.

More than 2 weeks. Onboarding is taking too long. Shiprocket checkout did it in 2 days. If support is this slow, I doubt if it will be any efficient. Please improve on your TA time.

Very bad exeperience no customer support, they dont care about customers I had an issue with KYC and they adidnt even care to resolve, our team asked to come, vsisit and verify our business location as they as they are asking for some 3rd party verifciation team to complete KYC.
