We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it. Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.

Horrible Horrible experience with this app. Its been more than a months since I installed this app but it's not working. The customer support is zero. They ignore your chats, emails and there is on-call support at all. You will be stuck and loose your business if you are relying on their check-out and payment apps.

Tedious and complex KYC verification.

Poor customer service

Customer support does not exist. I completed all the onboarding steps, but no one responded. Seems these positive reviews are fake or doubtful. I reached out to the support team via email, but never received a response. I had to uninstall the app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app.

Persisting issue on KYC submission due to automated system which is detecting anomalies. Yet no response or resolution despite promising resolution within hours.

We cannot use it for 2 months because for the past 1 month waiting for KYC approval, and every time they say someone from the KYC team will call or mail you. Dont know if some major issues there how many days they will take to respond

Wrost Service and Please Don't Use Kwik Cod

After setting up, when customer is clicking on BUY button, a white screen is appearing. When I make the support agent understand the problem he told me to raise the concern with another team and he cannot do anything not even transfer the query. Very unsatisfied, wasted by 2 days of operation for this app.

More than 2 weeks. Onboarding is taking too long. Shiprocket checkout did it in 2 days. If support is this slow, I doubt if it will be any efficient. Please improve on your TA time.

Very bad exeperience no customer support, they dont care about customers I had an issue with KYC and they adidnt even care to resolve, our team asked to come, vsisit and verify our business location as they as they are asking for some 3rd party verifciation team to complete KYC.

Every order is marked as a Low Risk order. The only reason we installed this app was because it claimed to reduce RTO. But if it marks every order as low risk, we are better off not using it.

I am writing to express the concern regrading the customer support of Kwik COD. Despite raising the ticket regrading the not able to getting Login OTP on my mail ID, they have not solve problem yet.

Took forever for completing the KYC and onboarding. I had to chase them like crazy, they were non responsive.

Its Customer care is very poor

Worst experience ever. you can not use the app untill you fix a meeting with their team which takes 7 freaking days and only then you will be able to know how the app works. Very stupid
