Very poor experience with Koin. Support is never online, customization is basically nonexistent, and the app looks ugly and outdated. Not usable for a serious or premium Shopify store. Would not recommend.

The special credit for designated products can only be selected product by product. We would like to be able to select multiple products at once.

Great app, runs smooth. We've seem noticeable increase in sales due to the cashback program. Great job!
