She provided clear DNS instructions for my end and had everything verified and activated within 30 minutes (so FAST). When we discovered the MX records were interfering with our existing email setup, she quickly confirmed we could remove them without affecting white-labeling functionality. The result? STAY AWAY SCAMMERS adverises a $16 a month option and then will find a way to charge you hidden fees my monthly balance was $203 and i didnt even use my shopify account once, They will refuse to refund you after scamming you. There is also no way to view an itemized bill of what you were charged for all it says is "app fees" which is insane bc ive never used the app, not a single order. There is also nowhere to cancel your subscription on their website, this is obviously done on purpose.

Super excited to be on rise! Our experience with set up has been smooth -they can accomplish pretty much anything we'd want, although some things take a more manual approach as they are still building out some integrations. Their support is always helpful. Today Juna helped me figure out some gift card fraud stuff and was very informative
