This app is insanely good. Easy onboarding and the whole concept is actually quite mind blowing. After I installed I went from discounting over $100 per day (store is only a couple months old) on 18 orders a day, to $0...Not only that but my net profit margin increased dramatically as well taking it from 14.5% (which is far too lean) over the initial 6 week period to 37.5% for the past week. I have never seen results come through so fast as this has. Epic work team.

I started testing using Redeemly as a way to reduce how many discounts we give our customers. Discounts of course eat into our margin and also condition customers to only buy with discounts. Giving customers store credit to redeem on a future purchase not only helps us grow our LTV, but it's improving our margins and unit economics. With Redeemly, you can automate this process, or even create segments and create your own Rewards/Loyalty program. Very attentive support and easy to use.

I had some issues implementing the app, and Redeemly quickly answered my inquiry, volunteered to access my store and took care of everything. I have dealt with several Shopify apps and Redeemly is one of the few that have provided such excellent customer service.

I was previously using Rise.ai, but found it clunky, overpriced, and full of limitations. When Shopify released native Store Credit, I looked into apps that support it and Redeemly sounded ideal. Support was great, clearly guiding me on what needed to be done. Migration was a bit tricky since I use Shopify Markets/local currencies, and I had to provide store credit to 16,000 contacts in their local currency (converted from the default currency). A Shopify developer handled this in a couple of days. Now everything is working perfectly, it’s fully integrated with Shopify’s native Store Credit and connected to my Klaviyo flows. It also costs a fraction of what Rise did and in my opinion, it’s far superior. Highly recommended.

Awesome Loyalty App & Stellar Support! We switched to this loyalty program because it offers store credits instead of points, and it’s been a game-changer! Setup was smooth, and whenever I had a question, the support team was super quick to help me get everything running perfectly. Compared to similar apps, this one is way more affordable without sacrificing features. Plus, the entire Monster Cart suite is top-notch—highly recommend if you want seamless eCommerce tools that actually deliver!

We've been really happy with Redeemly so far. Install was simple, they have lots of videos explaining how to customize the widgets to fit your brand and it's working seamlessly with our Shopify store. We did need expert help with one configuration and the tech support team took care of it VERY quickly for us. Highly recommend if you want to offer store credit in your store.

Awesome app with even better customer support. I requested Omnisend integration, and within a few weeks, they reached out to let me know it had been added. Highly recommend this as an excellent loyalty app!

The app works and the customer service is great. I had been looking to run promotions with rewards after a certain number of days and this fit the bill perfectly.
