Very good support, no wonder they have so many Shopify shop owners. I was with another reviews app who discontinued their free app, so decided to try Judge.me and am switching over. So far, so good. Thanks for the support!

The support I needed to get this set up and running was great, did it all in an evening including bringing reviews over from another app. Haven't used all the functionality yet but the basic set up is fine and it was a good experience.

Very helpful support team in getting our migration from our old provider to new provider sorted. It hasn't been easy and the team has been amazing to deal with plus the functionality is a lot better at a better price than our old provider.

the ai assistant was terrible and didn't resolve my issue at all, making me go in circles for 20 minutes before i got fed up and asked to talk to a human. they were very helpful and fixed my issue quickly, so I do appreciate the help, but not from the ai assistant
