I'm on the free plan and I had some questions about the carousel widget. I received a response within minutes from Abderrahman and very prompt replies. I was impressed.

Very impressed with the customer support I received from Igor when installing this app and from Victor and Hamza in response to a query regarding how Judge.me interacts with another app that we're using. The widgets and review request emails are simple to customise and support is readily available if you need it.

Soufiane was so helpful setting the app up for us - we are trialing to see if it is worth upgrading to the paid version but the setup was excellent and the support was immediate and very competent and friendly
