I've only been learning and using this app for one day, but I've already experienced excellent support and service from 3 different chat support staff at Judge.me and they have all been very helpful as I continue to learn how to best setup and use the features I want to. My last support staff I worked with is "Daniel", and he helped me in so many ways with such friendly support and patience that I'm very impressed and so thankful.

Samuel was very helpful in solving my issue! He was quick and clear and I am pleased with the service and app.

I cancelled my subscription on April 3rd through Shopify and uninstalled the app right after that and was just billed for another month. I was switching themes and was just doing a website overhaul but didn't want to pay for it during this time. Any app and Shopify should have accurate billing practices in my opinion. You know this isn't the first time that I have had problems with billing practices from apps in the Shopify app store. This is why I purchased a theme that will handle everything without using not even one app. The billing practices are very questionable in my opinion.

Haven't had a ton of experience with the app yet, but it appears well built and so far works great. Customer service response has been quick, thorough and friendly.

Super helpful! I lost all my reviews from Shopify reviews, but I was able to import my google reviews and they helped me get them showing.

My man Abraão, made everything, could'nt open the application on my store settings. He joined my collab, and did everything. very good help espesially when you're new to this.

I am not really computer savvy and I could not figure out why my reviews were now showing up. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the chat and a real person that could help me Abderrahman was more than helpful and got everything fixed in less than 10 min and fyi it was user error ( ME) lol) that it was not right in the first place I really like the Judge.me even more now
