I have had nothing short of a great experience using Judge Me for my store's reviews. I love all of the different widget options, so you can really customize how you want your reviews to appear on your website. Their customer service is always top notch and they are quick to answer any questions or help with anything you need during setup and beyond. I love that they encourage authenticity and allow the customer to see that! all around one of the best 3rd party apps I use for my store, fur sure.

Carlos was exceptional! I was stuck against time and he fixed it for me instantly with an issue in the code. Went above and beyond. Great assets to the team.

I've used chat support several times, mainly late at night, but most recently during the day. Surprisingly, the chat team always answers within minutes and gets things taken care of, no matter the time. The app works good right out of the box, but it's fairly customizable as well.

A guy from the support team named Andrew was very helpful when I had a request to customise the widget colour to match my theme. Would be great if we had the option to customise the widget style on our own, but for now everything works fine.
