Support is fast and efficient. By far the best tech support I've received so far from a Shopify app store dev.

It's an amazing app with incredible customer service at a great price. Running a small business is hard but Ron from support made it a little bit easier. If you are looking for a great review app, you just found it.

Really easily integrated into our store in exactly the way we'd imagined a good review plug in should. Support is also INCREDIBLY prompt and helpful. Had an issue with a font conflict not displaying review stars and it was resolved within 5 minutes of me opening the support ticket. Exemplary.

Abderrahman assisted me with clear instructions and screenshots that guided me on how to embed the necessary code so that my reviews would show on my product page. However, the coding to get the review carousel in the footer of my home page was beyond my abilities and it was no bother for them to collaborate and make changes to my Shopify store to assist me to achieve this. After migrating to a new host, we decided to add reviews to our website after over 10 years of offering our products online. The app is intuitive once you get the hang of it. Integrating it into themes and pages is easy. Customization of themes and the like is straightforward. Setting up email, widgets, and more is simple. The email review request setup is highly customizable. Post-sale discount sharing options and so much more are available. The shining light is the responsive and helpful support team. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer our questions. So far, every issue we've encountered has been addressed in less than a few hours.
