To be perfectly honest it's too soon to tell. I just installed it, and need to experiment with it first. That said I'm happy with the results after being held by your online help. Abraham was very and helpful. I will give a further review after having done some testing but so far I'm liking what I see.

I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered. He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week. judge.me have been great so far. robust import and aggregation, and getting our reviews integrated into our google feeds has been useful also.

It was my first time using it. When I had trouble with the installation and didn't understand how to do it, the staff contacted me very quickly and helped me install and set it up! And the guy was especially patient. He's really great! The product has powerful functions! I recommend it!

I had great help from Soufiane today to import reviews from a previous app and to ensure the widgets work on our website. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the widgets work well. I'll be attempting to request historic reviews today and have no doubt the process will be easy and effective.
