AI assistant was helpful at first, but couldn't solve my issue after all, so they directed me to a human agent (Cassiano) who was able to fix my reviews widgets. Quick, friendly, effective - much appreciated :)

Almost had an aneurism trying to get my ratings back on my site when it was showing up in editor, but not on the live site. The app is decent. But some features need to be placed in a structured way in the app like templates and custom forms should be placed at the same place.

How is this so affordable?? So easy to set up, 10/10 customer service, lots of custom options even on the free plan. Very quick responses when I needed help and they went out of their way to help me.
