In the past, Jade, Hana, Alyssa, Charles, and Felicity helped me. Sometimes they had to talk to others, but I don't expect them to know everything perfectly (it's better they dig in instead of giving me false info like many other support teams do), and in the end all issues got solved thanks to them. So, thank you all.
