My experience with I Think Logistics has been nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the company has unfairly withheld my ₹2000 account balance which I am due for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, they are deliberately refusing to process the refund. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a clear breach of trust. Secondly, the operational service is terrible. Their primary function, package pickups, consistently fails to happen. Shipments are delayed indefinitely because the assigned agents do not show up. The customer service is non-existent, and the overall service quality is utterly useless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They are unreliable and hold customer funds hostage. I demand an immediate resolution and the refund of my ₹2000.

I have used many Courier Aggregators, and I have also been using IThink Logistics since 4 months now, and I must say ITL is by far the best logistics partner that I would trust my shipments with. Especially since last month, when AMAN GROVER started overseeing my ITL Account, response from ITL Team is quickest, delivery performance is better and RTO percentage is the least till date. Also, I love how detailed yet simplified their dashboard is, unlike all others. Their ITL Connect+ feature takes work off your hands and automates a big chunk of your business. All in all, it's a go ahead for ITL if you ask me!
