*Pay Attention to all the negative reviews - the experience is NOT good!* The interface is not intuitive and has a steep learning curve compared to other alternatives. However, given their competitive pricing, we went ahead with them. However, the customer service team lacks the basic soft skills required to communicate (and is very rude). As a customer, you feel trapped signing up for a whole year because there is no cancellation policy, so you cannot get your money back no matter how bad the experience is. There is no escalation team you can contact. So save your time and money and find another alternative.

Pathetic support. Recent updated from interakt made my mobile phone interakt so buggy that I am not able to send whatsapp messages or images or catelogue. I raised a ticket but no resolution till date. whatsapp business is so important for small brands like me. Not satisfied with the support experience, just a bot appears most of the times redirecting us to some known issue docs.

Hi We have used the Whatsapp Interakt Solution they could not achieve the Solution which we aksed so we have moved to some other whatsapp where we getting the reply kind of things. But Interakt not ready to refund which they charged unused month payment. We have not used the product even they charging the apps amount

pls be aware about billing. we have migrated our WhatsApp services two months ago to different service provider though they are keep charging until we uninstalled the tool. And when we have dropped an email, they simply closed the ticket.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very bad support and is not easy to use platform. No options for retargeting abundant carts, or sending order notifications. It's a total waste of money and time experience.

The best tool to automate the retargeting and confirmation process. It is very easy to set up and work with a large team. Integration is easy and quick with the available apps. The only issue I am facing is fewer contact options with the team in case of any technical help and less availability to integrate with other tools available for marketing like payment gateways, checkout pages etc.

We have been using Interakt for sometime now but recently migrated to Shopify. I think this was a smooth experience and hoping for the best!

Have been using the app for over a year now. Very happy with the flows, the support, and the simplicity of managing the app for a nontech person.
