Honestly, one of the best platforms I’ve ever used! The support team is super fast in responding and explains everything clearly step by step. The platform itself is very easy to use and well organized — even for first-time users. We have been using Interakt for around a year now and found it to be a good tool for WhatsApp marketing. The integration and campaign features work well and are easy to use. Though the platform still has room for improvement to make it more user-friendly, we understand it’s in a developing stage and expect it to become even better in the future. The only major concern is the delay and lack of clarity in support responses. While some team members are helpful, the support team overall needs to be more knowledgeable about Interakt’s features to guide users effectively. Apart from that, everything else is good — we’re happy to use a platform proudly made in India.
