There’s a difference between buying a tool and being handed a set of keys. Before Elevar, we were driving in the dark. No GA4. No reliable tracking. Even Shopify’s own dashboards felt like they were guessing. Now? The lights are on. From the moment we started onboarding with Elevar, it was clear this wasn’t the usual “here’s your login, good luck” process. Their decks, their documents, and....most impressive, the UX of their digital onboarding platform are a masterclass in clarity. It’s clean. Intuitive. It feels like they’ve been in the room with first-timers and actually noticed where we get stuck. Doris and Nina, in particular, deserve a standing ovation. They’ve been endlessly patient, answering every question without a hint of condescension. Instead, they’ve guided us toward best practices, suggested solutions, and, importantly....gone well beyond their scope to ensure we succeed. It’s early days, so I can’t tell you what the long-term impact will be yet. But the short-term? The work is clean, thoughtful, and a thousand times better than where we were. If you want a tracking solution that works, and a team that treats you like a partner, not a ticket number, I’d recommend Elevar without hesitation. No complaints. Trashiest dirtiest uninstall ever. I don't understand how Shopify tolerates this. Elevar seeps in every corners of code it is a nightmare to clean up.

I tried to contact them but they wrote a noreply email, the chat of the app is completely stuck. I would like to solve an issue about the upcoming change of the Order Status Page Additional Scripts box as part of the move to Checkout Extensibility. But it's impossibile to contact them :(

So far so good! Data clean and properly presented. It's a bit of a heavy lift to get it all set up if you're non-technical. Spending some time in the team to get it all nailed and hoping to see the results soon. Would recommend to explore vs. other options on the market.

The consolidation of events is excellent and has improved the quality scores. The integration ability with other apps is easy and a great pairing with Klaviyo. I would highly recommend paying for the professional setup/installation. The onboarding process is top quality.

I had an issue with tracking for around 14 months. Several community chats, escalations to shopify and contacting 'shopify experts' later I could still not solve what the problem was. I downloaded Elevar and spoke with a client support manager Robin who identified the issue in a day. Every since he's been in constant contact to help iron out all the issues and we're now tracking all our data correctly. Thank you Robin and Elevar!
