had this app for less than 24 hours and have 23 random affiliates. They are automatically accepted and its very obvious that they are scam accounts because of their suspicious looking names. Customer support sucks, they take forever to give you an answer. Too bad as it looked promising when I was setting up the account but this app has major privacy and security issues. I also ready loads of reviews of affiliates not getting paid and that is not something good for the reputation of our website.

Great app, and even better support for any questions that I have. I have only been using the app a short time but so far love the abilities it has built into the app. Hands down highly recommend.

We have experienced some major bugs in the beginning that have been fixed in a fast manner unfortunately only after an escalation. For any following minor inquiry the customer support was reactive and helpful. That being said GoAffPro is great bang for the buck, not 100% intuitive but once set up correctly the value is definitely given.

Highly customizable app for any affiliate program. The free tier has so much to offer. This was the only affiliate app on Shopify that I could find that allows you to customize the referral link URL params per affiliate, and allows affiliates to link to products with a url param, which in the long run will be a huge boost to your SEO and backlink efforts. A lot of the other apps point to an affiliate URL to capture the referral. Love the ability to import and export sale data from previous apps and their customer service team has been great. It may not be the flashiest backend, but the app is incredibly powerful and flexible.

I'm delighted with this app, and so are my affiliates. It offers numerous controls that empower you to provide resources and information, enabling affiliates to excel. Plus, it's incredibly user-friendly, which is a huge bonus for someone like me who appreciates simplicity.

The platform is straight forward and allows for both basic and more complex affiliate programs. We like the ability to really customize the program. Their fee structure seems to be fair as well. Most importantly, their support team is great and responsive.

I have had an ongoing issue where a new affiliate's referral link is showing up in the banner at the top of each page on my boutique. This is a new affiliate and since she joined us this has been happening. I have repeatedly asked for assistance in getting this resolved and let them know that I entered my boutique via the back office / admin area of my boutique yet they continue to say that I clicked on her link when that was not the case. I wasnt even in goaffpro. The support you get when trying to resolve an issue is horrible. They dont even read your messages. They have just continued to say that I used her link when that was not the case. There is an error somehow with the app that they refuse to resolve. I have been asking for help with this for 2 MONTHS and it is still not resolved. Im about to remove the app and go to one where you can get the support you pay for! This has been a nightmare!

I've been using GOAFFPRO for several months now and am extremely pleased with it. App has great features like tiers and levels that help boosts sales in my shop. I am completely outraged with the customer service at Goaffpro. I've been stuck with a problem for 24 hours, and the only thing they can think of is to send me an email instructing me to repeat an action that doesn't work. Even so, I have followed their instructions, returning to the app and trying again, but nothing changes. The situation remains the same. The lack of interest and professionalism from their customer support team is unacceptable. There is no excuse for this level of negligence and lack of support. I am furious and still waiting for a real solution

Without a doubt this is the most complicated app I think we have to use every month. The app provides enough information to sink a ship and yet cannot simply supply a PAY NOW button for each affiliate, it is extremely frustrating

Responsive customer service and the app has a lot of functionalities that are good enough for a small business looking to create its own affiliate marketing program. Still testing out but so far so good, and on brand!

Do NOT enable the public webpage where affiliates can self-enroll, or 99% of your "affiliates" are going to be bloodsucking leeches in the form of coupon-sharing websites that do nothing to promote your business. The app itself works fine.
