I would certainly recommend GOAFFPRO to companies who are looking to grow an affiliate program. It integrates well with other apps and is pretty easy to get used to.

Great platform, has made working with affiliates easier and more manageable. We're able to see which affiliates are making the most referral sales and track how much we're making in total which is fantastic. Shoutout to the team for their quick responses and support too.

GoAff has always been an excellent tool for managing affiliates. Their support team has consistently provided quick responses, whether through chat or via email. However, over a year ago, we encountered an issue where affiliate links stopped tracking sales. We attempted to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, no solution was reached at the time, leading us to rely solely on coupon codes. Recently, we’ve had the need to work with affiliate links again, but the solutions GoAff offers now do not address the core issue—they only mask it. Additionally, the email support has become extremely slow, with more than two weeks passing without a response to one of our requests and several weeks without a resolution to an ongoing problem. We are quite disappointed with this situation, as it has negatively impacted our ability to operate effectively.

I've been continually surprised, for months now, using the premium version of GoAffPro, with how accommodating their staff has been to quickly and thoroughly reply to my questions. I spent way too much time finding the 'perfect' affiliate management app earlier this year before launching, and now I'm glad I spent all that time comparing, because GoAffPro has literally every feature I need and wanted. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and send screenshots and tutorial links in their emails. I have 1,000+ things to do for our business right now, but wanted to leave a review because honestly they deserve it. I hope this service and innovation keeps up!

I'm beyond frustrated with this affiliate program. Imagine my surprise when I found out that unapproved accounts could generate and share discount codes with the public! It’s completely absurd—how can they have access before I even approve them? But what made this even worse was the response from customer service. Instead of addressing the real issue, they just told me to turn off the automatic discount code feature. Seriously? That’s not a solution! They never even bothered to explain why these codes are active for unapproved accounts in the first place. It's like they didn’t care about actually solving the problem. This is a huge red flag for anyone who wants control over their affiliates. The lack of accountability and poor customer support are absolutely unacceptable. I regret trusting this program and strongly advise others to stay away! Reply on 9 Oct: Your response is missing the point entirely. You claim that pending accounts can’t see their dashboards and therefore can’t change or access their discount codes. But that’s simply not true. Pending accounts are able to change and share their codes, even though they haven’t been approved yet. I’ve seen this happen firsthand, so claiming they don’t have access isn’t addressing the real issue. The main problem here is that unapproved accounts can still use and modify codes. Telling me to turn off automatic code generation is just a workaround, not a fix. Why are these codes active for pending accounts at all? This flaw undermines the whole approval process. Stop deflecting the issue and provide a real solution. Brushing this off like it’s not a big deal is not the kind of support I expected.

This app has all the features I was looking for, and the team behind is super supportive and professional. Highly recommend trying it out if you need a comprehensive affiliate program support.

We are having issues with the integrations page and so far, we keep getting the following response "Hello, Bumping this up for our technical team to check They should check and update you soon" We have been getting this same message for the last 2 days. Please respond so we can update our review of your app. **UPDATE 10.04.24** I actually got busy with some other things and forgot all about this issue with the app...they never did respond even after we sent another email and posted this review. It's been almost a month now. Will have to dowgrade to 1 star and find another app because we got absolutely ZERO support. And we are not on the free plan, we started with the Premium plan from the beginning because of the functionality it was supposed to provide, but this is just not working for us.

I have been using this app for a while now and have to say it is really easy to use and my affiliates also seem to have no problem. Having just updated my website to a new Theme, I have to say that the customer service was outstanding, they helped me to transfer over with the only hiccups caused by me! Thank you

We are using this app since the last 1.5 months and it's awesome to work with. Pretty straightforward UX and UI with everything right there to view and operate. Support is very helpful and the integration with Paypal and banks for payouts is very streamlined. Our collaborators are very happy in using the platform and the custom signup page with our branding makes it very trustworthy for affliates to signup. The fees are very transparent and the setup is very easy. I recommend this app versus other apps that nickel and dime you for every little thing.

By far the worst customer service I've encountered in the Shopify ecosystem. They consistently fail to answer any questions, forcing you to figure everything out on your own. Their support is not just unhelpful but downright dismissive, with a shallow, careless attitude that makes it clear they don't value their customers at all.

Good app, pretty straightforward and any questions I had were quickly answered by their support email. It's more powerful than you probably even need, so don't hesitate to use it, just understand that you'll need to figure a few things out (if you're an average affiliate platform user) to get it right. I recommend it.

Great customer service- one of my discount codes wasn't connecting properly to my affiliate and the customer service team was quick to respond and tell me which settings I needed to change (which was a user error on my end in the first place). I'm still new to using the affiliate service, but very pleased so far!

Earlier on I was having trouble with goaffpro and the support, had some critical functionalities that weren't working for me. But in the last 6 months or so they have really turned it around, support times are so much faster and they're giving really good feedback on the issues that I have. I don't know if I got better at explaining my issues or if they hired an entirely better staff but keep up the good work. The mobil app has progressed so much since we initially started as well, so kudos to goaffpro dev team. Keep making it better!
