We were keen on using Give & Grow Donations but it seems that it only caters for American and Canadian based charities. We also realised that the application does not provide an automated method to display the donation widgets, they must be added manually.

Their customer service is beyond terrible! I would give them a negative star if it were possible. I have been reaching out to their support team for close to a month with no response. The counting widget that shows the amount of money that has been donated to your charity does not show on my store any longer. This seems as though it would be an easy fix for their service team but again I get no response. I would like my money back for this past month since your app is not working. It makes no sense to pay you for a service that you are not receiving. Terrible Customer service Buyer Beware.

Wouldnt recommend. Extremely unresponsive - Have reached out several times surrounding their app not properly uninstalling. Removed code yet still showing pledge counter on products.

I'll break down why this is one of the best additions to any shop below. Giving back Give & Grow allows shop owners to customize the organizations that the shop donates from and how those donations will come in. I've set it up so automatically, 5% of every purchase is donated to One Tree Planted which is an organization responsible for planting millions of trees around the world. What I love is the flexibility! There are so many organizations that need our support and you can choose to: 1. Donate to your favorite 2. Donate to multiple 3. Allow customers to donate to an organization of their choosing at checkout-How amazing! You can also set it up to give customers the option to "round up" at checkout and then have that rounded-up amount donated as well. Customer service The customer service through the platform has been stellar! Shortly after downloading the app a member of the support team reached out to me to hop on a call—I'm so glad I did because that's when I learned about all of the different ways I can use the platform. There's also a feature that allows you to display a counter of for example, how many trees your organization has planted thanks to the donations. But, there are counters for different organizations allowing you to share with your customers and fans where their donations are going and how they're helping Dashboard The interface can't be easier. Super clear and to the point and as I mentioned above, the customer service team is so responsive that even if you got stuck, someone would be there to help out as needed. ✨ I wish every brand I'm a customer of donated to organizations of their choosing. It might feel like one person donating doesn't make a large impact, but when you scale that up you really start to see the positive impacts we can all make and it starts on an individual level! Thanks for creating this super easy to use platform that we ALL benefit from!!

Everyone wants to do good, but there's so many hurdles involved to be ABLE to do good. Pledge plugs right in so there's nothing to worry about except the good will.

We've been using Give & Grow for a couple of years now and love it. We are part of the Pledge 1% movement, giving 1% of sales to charity. Give & Grow makes this easy - Setup takes only about five minutes and then it runs on autopilot! When we first set it up, I verified with our first beneficiary that they were receiving funds from G&G's parent organization and they confirmed they were. Last November, we found a local non-profit and made them our beneficiary. They confirmed they received their first check within a month, and we have now donated over $700 to them without me having to do anything after setup. This app is great both for busy store owners who want to do good, and for the charities that benefit!

Love this app! So happy we offer this platform on our shop and that our customers are able to donate to our charitable organizations. Customer service is great and super helpful during setup.

I am grateful for this app -- I was able to set it up quickly and it's true -- it makes giving a seamless process. As a start up company, partnering with Pledgeling has been key -- the giving component is part of our brand ethos. I love the app, but I'm even more grateful to have gotten to know the stellar team behind the app. They care. They want companies to get the most of out of the app. The app offers the transparency of giving which is a must in this day and age. Highly recommend it.

Great app! I really love that this app makes it so easy to give to charities. This was exactly what I was looking for something simple to use. The only thing I would say is i'd love them to make it possible to give to UK charities available too.
