For years we had been frustrated with utilizing spreadsheets to enter orders into Shopify, and it was a labor intensive process. By adopting Giftnote, we've been able to offer our customers a self service portal to place their multi-recipient gift orders. This reduces our small customer service team's involvement in the process, while also allowing easy payment with our processing rates through Shopify Plus.
