I had issues getting the free gift offer to work on my store, even though I followed all the prompts. However, I was able to chat live with support, even on a weekend at night, and Liam was super helpful. He stuck with the issue and was able to get my offer up and running before my deadline! While I wish the app fired correctly from the first go, it made all the difference to have easy access to such helpful support.

A great app. So easy to set up and the support team are great. Excellent for adding Gift With Purchase offers to our store at Christmas.

BOGOS is an excellent app. It is very powerful. We implemented within a limited timeframe before Black Friday. It behaved exactly as we had expected and was simple to implement... even the progress bar for the add to cart and checkout pages. Further, I have to commend the support - it was very very prompt, accurate and effective. Well done BOGOS team. Highly recommended.

Great application and very easy to use. Had a question about a small feature and got almost an instant reply from Mina. It was fixed within 5 minutes thus also their customer service is very good.
