Amazing app with outstanding support! I needed to set up a checkout upsell that triggers a free gift when our customer club members enter a specific discount code. Not the simplest setup, but Amy guided me through the entire process at 1 AM my time. When we hit a technical issue, she immediately escalated to the dev team and kept me updated the whole time. Within 20 minutes it was solved and working perfectly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I tested 10+ discount apps before finding BOGOS, and this is the only one with both the features I needed and support that actually responds quickly and solves problems. The app does exactly what it promises, and the support alone makes it worth the price. Highly recommend!
