She went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only was she quick to respond and incredibly supportive, but she also guided me step by step, sending screenshots, showing me exactly where to go and what to do. On top of that, she even used certain permissions to access my store and personally handled the tasks I needed done. Truly the best support experience I’ve ever had with any company. Anne is a talented, dedicated, and genuinely amazing person.
