Total waste of time going round and round in circles with new error messages each time trying to sync with freeagent. I give up!!!

It has regularly stopped working over the last year and then takes time for Codat to apply a 'patch'. FreeAgent support recommend disconnecting and doing it all manually. This is a major issue for our business. I would recommend not using FreeAgent if you are with Shopify.

It used to work, now it doesn't. There is no way to reconnect it to your FreeAgent account. Not even deleting and reinstalling it works.

It might be free, but it also brings no value to Shopify. I've tried using this app to no avail, which might also reflect why the app appears to come and go from the Shopify store. I would say avoid at all costs, but there is no cost except for access to your sales data.

I really love FreeAgent and the fact the integration with Shopify is free can save a lot of money for a new business like us at rudeoffensive.com. There were a fair few teething problems to start with but FreeAgent's support has been amazing. Now all the original issues I had have been resolved I'd definitely recommend to anyone to give FreeAgent a try

I really like FreeAgent as an accounts package and use it on several other business ventures. I was therefore really pleased to see there was an interface to Shopify for my latest venture, however after nearly a month trying to get this working reliably with FreeAgent Support and the developers Codat I have had to throw the towel in on this one. I've reverted to manual updates for now and when that gets too much of a burden I will have to look for another accounts package that can interface well with Shopify. Such a shame but from my experience I would have to have this is an avoid.
