I like the app so much it does what I want. very easy to set up the form. Also I am very happy with the help support, anytime i send a message that I have a problem, less than an hour they answer. they answers all questions and help me to understand how everything is working. 5 stars

As the de facto IT guy for My Bellarine Kitchen, I ran into a brick wall when our Hulk form wouldn’t show up on the custom‑cake page. Danna from Hulk Apps was on it straight away—she told me to flip on the app embed under Theme Settings, and when that didn’t solve it she asked for the page URL and sent a collab request. Once I granted access she dove in and had the form working in minutes. Fast, clear and friendly support like this makes a huge difference when you’re juggling tech and coffee orders. This app... makes forms AND puts them on your store front! If that's not enough for you their support team respond quick, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I could ask for more but that would require me being a more imaginative person than I am. Well done Hulk Form Builder!
