I'm super grateful that this app makes it easy for me to deliver digital product info to our customers via branded emails. The ability to customize each email based on design and the details for who, when, where, tags, products, sales channels, and more is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate being able to view email history, as well as the opens and clicks. Michael has been wonderful at responding to my questions and requests, helping me to set it up so that it meets my exact needs. We are currently only using it to deliver emails when a customer places a purchase, yet there is so much more functionality to explore. I'm excited to expand into using the abandoned checkout emails, review request emails, and marketing opt-in email options too! This app breaks down fairly often without warning and just doesn't send emails. Ive been reaching out to support (in china) for weeks now with no response. App has been deleted and we are building our own in house

2024 Update: APP HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY DEVELOPER. DO NOT SIGN UP. Unfortunately 5 years after my initial review this app seems to be faltering. Problems with delivering emails, at times when you try to access the app you just get a 'bad gateway' message, and customer service, which was once very fast and helpful, now is virtually non-existent with no reply for many days or more. I will likely start looking for an alternative at this point. 2019: Got the app to send individual downloads codes to customers after checkout automatically. With some tweaks it's been working like a charm. Great customer service as well to help us get what we needed - very responsive and quick. A lot of other features we have yet to delve into but intend to. Recommended!

This app is great. I mean, really great. And so is their customer service. THANK YOU MIKE! We sent in a request and they actually took the time to reply and understand. They provided a quick response and solution to our needs. We look forward to continue using this app. If you have a Shopify store you should be using this Follow Up Email Marketing app.

We have just started using Follow Up Email Marketing, but so far the experience is great. The application presents you with many useful types of email campaigns that you should be using, has every filtering mechanism you would expect, along with many scheduling options. We were looking for some non-standard features in our emails, and their team worked hard to help us get what we needed. Great support and follow-up. Highly recommend for soliciting reviews from your Shopify store.

Great service from a great app. I was spending heaps of time emailing customers individually after specific product purchases, now Follow Up has saved me time and guaranteed a seamless customer experience. Great work, guys!

I recently began using Follow Up app to send requests out to customers for reviews. It has definitely encouraged more customer reviews and I am very happy with that and the app itself. It was easy to use.
