We use Filemonk to send digital instructions for our physical products. It has worked very well for us, and the tech support has been excellent. I’ve been very pleased with the results of this app so far.

Digital Downloads is the perfect solution for selling Digital products online and the customer service is 10/10, I would highly recommend.

This is a GREAT download app! I started on Shopify using Shopify's Digital Downloads app, but then they stopped updating it and had to search for an alternative. We used Big Digital Downloads, but found most of my customers emails were being filtered, it was hard to resend download links, and then the links began getting blocked as spam. Very annoying! I reached out to Filemonk to check that they used another system for managing the links and getting the downloads to customers. Very impressed, very easy installation and now when a customer doesn't have a download, I can easily copy and paste the tracking link within the order - OMG! SO EASY! - so I don't have to go hunting through the app to find stuff. It's all right there in the customers original order. The only thing that I'd love to see improved is a way to see a product and list of all of its variants with the file name next to them all on one screen. This would allow me to double check on products that have 12+ variants that I've selected the correct file to go with each variant properly. I found it a little clunky at first when working within that type of product. Overall, I'm absolutely delighted with this app and wish I'd switched to it years ago. Thank you for making a great product!

Really glad to have found Filemonk. It's very easy to use and it's very helpful having the option to provide our customers with a Digital version of the products they choose. I have always received quick help when I message the team with questions.

Loving this app so far. Free plan is great as a starter will be upgrading once I get more sales. I had a few issues with downloading files after a test order but it was quickly fixed by Nagaraj from support.

So far so good, it works perfectly and easy to use. when I needed to reach out for customer support I talked to Vishu who was able to answer all my questions in a very polite way and helped me resolve my problem within minutes. I'm just starting out with digital downloads from my store and I have to say, Filemonk is easy to set up and delivers a great product to my customers. It's no hassle, easy to use, and good looking from the customer side. Their free subscription is great for getting started and I imagine I will be upgrading soon because I'll be getting a lot more traffic with this app.

We knew Filemonk would be the right solution for us in handling our digital software sales after we saw the features it provided with auto-generated license keys and product building capabilities. After we used the app for several weeks we had some very unique issues to which Filemonk very quickly responded to and even assisted us with enhancing our store and customers' experience. It is a quite a useful app for us to sell license keys of a software to customers. Although they don't offer live chat customer service, their email response is quite fast.
