So far this app has been easy to use and works well. Once I attach the file to the product advertised for sale, I do not have to do anything else. When a customer purchases the product the file is sent to them instantly. I tested it out by buying one of my products using a different email address and I received the file. So far I have not received any complaints from my customers so I feel assured that they have received the digital products that they purchased as well. I will definitely recommend that everyone selling downloadable products give this app a try. There are different levels of plans you can get and the prices are reasonable.

Despite his busy workload, he kindly made the adjustments and was so patient and graciou with me (I'm very new to Shopify and the Filemonk app). Excellent app! Solves a lot of pain points in software delivery. At first, it didn’t cover some of our use cases, but the team has been amazing. Very happy with this app. I had a technical issue with the Download button not appearing, probably because I don't understand html etc, but the team sorted it out very quickly and it's all working fine!
